Michala’s background is in jewellery design in Devon, with a BA (Hons) Fine Art degree specialising in Sculpture and shortlisted for a Kenneth Armitage Prize. Michala’s background brings another creative perspective and a fantastic eye for detail to the company.

As a Senior Administrator, she implements technical knowledge for ISO, IMS, procurement, CPD co-ordination, and is a member of our sister brand’s Sustainability Committee.

In her spare time, Michala designs and crafts jewellery, using recycled materials. She participates in exhibitions, shows and marketing, whilst being a member of Business West. She also adores walks with her husband and dog in the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
